Answers are provided in the numerous workshops, specialist lectures and presentations given by various speakers at the job fair. Afterwards, the speakers will of course be available to answer further questions.

But what does a good, modern application actually look like? The problem: HR managers usually receive numerous applications every day - so it is important to stand out positively at first glance and not apply with "08/15″ documents. At the job fair, experts will check your application documents free of charge and provide helpful tips and recommendations.

In the beauty workshops by MARY KAY, you will learn how best to apply make-up, which techniques are suitable for different face shapes and what is important for skin care. At several stations, Josephine Henze and her team test products with the participants and, of course, give them the right make-up. Men can also gain added value from the workshops and find out about skincare routines. After the workshops, you will leave with a great look and can introduce yourself directly to the various companies at the stand - we make you glow.

Playing, painting, handicrafts, face painting and much more: there is plenty to discover at our childcare center with the support of Kindergarten Känguru. Even the youngest trade fair guests can try out and experience exciting and interesting things throughout the day, while their parents can gather their career input in peace.
Labor market integration
With the support of Leipzig helps Ukraine e. V and the MIQR, the fair will also offer advice on labor market integration for migrants and refugees to support them in their new or re-entry into working life.
