Answers are provided in the numerous workshops, specialist lectures and presentations given by various speakers at the job fair. Afterwards, the speakers will of course be available to answer further questions.

The problem: HR managers usually receive numerous applications every day - so it is important to stand out positively at first glance and not apply with "08/15″ documents. In the Beauty Workshops by MARY KAY, you’ll learn the best ways to apply makeup, which techniques work for different face shapes, and what’s important for skin care. At several stations, the team will test the products with you and, of course, apply the perfect makeup look. Men can also benefit from the workshops and learn about skincare routines. You’ll leave the workshops looking your best and can introduce yourself directly to the various companies at their booths.

  • What would you like to achieve? An apprenticeship, a degree programme, direct or lateral entry – or simply make valuable contacts?

2. Have documents to hand

  • Printed out your CV? Ideally several copies - preferably on high-quality paper.
  • Short application or portfolio? Ideal for targeted interviews, possibly with a personalised cover letter.
  • Play it safe digitally: save your CV on your smartphone or USB stick – if desired or possible.

3. Outfit with a feel-good factor

  • Business casual is usually the right choice: serious, smart, but not overdressed.
