I really like it here. The people are very friendly and present their companies very well. I was able to gather lots of good impressions and ideas for applications.

Vortraege_Workshops.png

Lectures & Workshops

Which profession suits me? What is important in a contemporary job application? How do I make a good first impression? Visitors come to the fair with these and many other questions. Answers are provided in the numerous workshops, specialised lectures and presentations held by various speakers at the job fair. Afterwards, the speakers will of course be available to answer further questions.

BewerbungsCheck.png

ApplicationCheck

Your application documents are like a business card. They should convince the company of your abilities and ideally result in an invitation to an interview. But what does a good, modern application actually look like? The problem: HR managers usually receive numerous applications every day - so it's important to stand out at first glance and not apply with "08/15″ documents. At the job fair, experts will review your application documents and provide helpful tips and recommendations.

Fotoservice.png

Application photo service

The importance of the photo is underestimated by many applicants. A favourable shot can convey sympathy and competence and thus enormously increase the chances of being shortlisted. At the fair, you will therefore have the opportunity to have your perfect application photo taken by professionals.

BeautyWorkshops.png

Beauty Workshops

What is the best make-up look for a job interview? Which colours suit me and which make-up look defines me best? In the beauty workshops by MARY KAY, you will learn how best to apply make-up, which techniques are suitable for different face shapes and what is important for skin care. At several stations, Nicole Weddeling and her team will test the products with you and, of course, give you the right make-up. Men can also gain added value from the workshops and find out about skincare routines. You will leave the workshops with a great look and can introduce yourself directly to the various companies at the stand - we make you glow.

MentalHealthCheck.png

Mental Health Check

Would you like to know how your mental health is and how you can best prepare yourself for your everyday and professional life?

Whether it's stress, insecurity or simply the need to do something good for yourself as a preventative measure: together with coach Anna van Dam, you will determine your current mental status quo and receive initial ideas on how you can strengthen your inner balance - both in everyday life and in your professional life.

GesichtsKoerperspracheCoaching.png

Face and body language coaching

In individual short analyses, Nele Potthoff translates what is ‘written on your forehead’. She brings the impressions from body language, gestures, facial expressions, clothing and the sound of your voice into a coherent overall picture and provides personalised and empowering impulses.

stammzellenspende.png

Stem cell donor campaign

In Germany, around 12,000 people are diagnosed with blood cancer (leukaemia) every year and only in some cases is treatment possible with medication alone.

At the Universitätsklinikums Münster stand, you can have your cheek swab typed for the stem cell donor database. Your HLA characteristics (human leukocyte antigens) will be taken and then determined in the laboratory. If someone with similar HLA characteristics falls ill anywhere in the world, you will be contacted as a potential donor and asked whether you are willing to donate.

Arbeitsmarktintegration.png

Labor market integration

At the fair, with the support of workeer, advice on labour market integration for migrants and refugees will be offered, among other things, to support you in your new or re-entry into working life.
